Just in time for Christmas, Felix returns to his small-town home. But there a sinister surprise awaits him. Kiki, the family-cat, was poisoned and died in his mother’s arms.
Besides struggling with his family and their Siebenbürgisch-Saxon roots, Felix is also confronted with the place where he used to grow up: The Saarland countryside, a place filled with eccentric characters and bizarre situations.
Driven by monotony of the seemingly idyllic setting and a spontaneous sense of justice, he soon finds himself on an odyssey through the small-town idiosyncrasy... to solve the murder of the small feline.
